Please understand that we have the best interests of our puppies - and our potential buyers at heart in requesting this information, and that all information will be kept in the strictest confidence. This questionnaire is not intended to intimidate our potential buyers - it helps us to place the appropriate puppy with the appropriate owner, and to educate the owner as much as possible before they make their purchase.
